Listing Description
Stepan Oasis is located Northwest Alabama. This property is massive and spans over 6,000 acres along the Bays Lake and Clear Creek. During the later part of the seasons, hunting should be phenomenal. There is an abundance of food and water sources throughout the property which make it a desirable area for deer as they make their way to lower elevations for the winter. This booking is for DIY access however the landowner wishes for the hunters to accompanied by a guide. Each hunter must sign a guided hunt contract from the outfitter prior to the hunt. Lodging is available. The lodge is a renovated pole barn, with a updated kitchen, living area, bathroom and bunk room. The Host also has an onsite spacious camper that is available to hunters.
